Having recently moved to their new premises at Auckland’s Airport Oaks, Wilderness are pleased to introduce a new spare parts system for their customers with Bürstner motorhomes and caravans.
Wilderness now have common spare parts available in stock and have negotiated a special agreement with the Bürstner factory in Germany to consolidate and ship via air freight any spare parts requests every two weeks.
“After sales service is an integral part of our business and with a focus on providing exceptional customer service, we felt we needed to have this spare parts system in place. This new agreement means our customers can get spare parts quickly and it won’t cost them the earth” said Michael Becker, former CEO of Wilderness Motorhome Sales.
